What is ITKAN I-League?
ITKAN I-League is an official FIRST event delivered by ITKAN, bringing teams from across Texas together for a season of competitive robotics matches, collaboration, and growth. It is the longest-running FTC league in North Texas, and ITKAN has hosted it for five consecutive seasons.

The 2026 / 27 Season
Three meets and a tournament, all at the ITKAN Innovation Hub. The meets build a team’s league ranking, and that ranking is what carries into the tournament.

Registration runs through FIRST in Texas at firsttx.org, not through ITKAN. It has not opened yet for this season. When it does, the link on this page goes straight there.
There is no set cap. Recent seasons have run between 19 and 30 teams. The field for this season will be announced once registration closes.
The fee is set by FIRST in Texas and will be announced with registration.
The three meets build a team's league ranking, and that ranking is what carries into the tournament, so attending all three matters. Ask us if your team has a conflict with one of the dates.
Your robot, batteries and chargers, tools and spare parts, drive team equipment, and your team spirit. A full packing checklist is included in the Team Guide.
Concessions will be available on site throughout the day. Teams are also welcome to bring their own food for the pits. Nearby restaurant options will be listed in the Team Guide.
Yes, free parking is available for teams and spectators, with dedicated space for team trailers near the venue entrance.
Absolutely. Family, friends, and the robotics community are welcome, and admission is free. Come cheer for your favorite teams.
We plan to livestream matches with commentary. The stream link will be posted here and on ITKAN social media before each event.
