To promote STEM education to underserved and underrepresented communities in the United States and around the world. ITKAN inspires youth to pursue excellence in STEM through education, training, coaching, and mentorship, rooted in Islamic values.

Our Story

The story of ITKAN starts with a single robotics team and grew into the largest, fastest-growing youth robotics network in Texas.

First Spark

  • NM Regionals Championship

    Dr. Mohamed Ebeida leads a Muslim robotics team in New Mexico to a breakout season: 25 trophies and the NM regionals title.

The ITKAN Method


ITKAN runs a 4-stage pipeline that takes a student from their first camp introduction all the way to leading an FRC team, and 80% of our veterans turn around and mentor a junior team along the way.

Camps

Stage 1: students discover STEM through intro camps. 60% advance to a team.

FLL Teams

200+ students

Stage 2: 8 directly mentored FLL teams in our facility. 75% advance to FTC.

FTC Teams

Stage 3: 12 directly mentored FTC teams. 75% advance to the FRC team.
