ITKAN capped a standout off-season with a statement victory at the 2026 Texas Robotics Invitational (TRI) in Houston, where ITKAN Robotics 9128 and ITKAN Girls 10340 came out on top of one of the summer's most competitive FRC fields.

TRI gathers an elite, national-caliber lineup for a Championship-style event, so winning takes far more than a fast robot. Both teams competed with the consistency and dedication that defined ITKAN's season, fighting through qualification matches and earning their place in the playoff bracket. From there, they closed it out — turning a strong run into a title.
Alliance Strategy Won the Day
The difference-maker was connection. ITKAN's students scouted relentlessly, built relationships across the pits, and formed smart alliances whose strengths complemented their own — the strategic thinking that wins championships as much as raw scoring does.

Taking home the TRI victory caps a remarkable stretch for the network, proving once again that engineering excellence and genuine connection go hand in hand.
